The Guardian reports that Cafcass is trialling a 'groundbreaking' process in cases where a separated parent seeks to alienate a child against the other parent. The new approach will involve the provision of intense therapy for the alienating parent. If that parent does not respond positively to the therapy, he or she will not be allowed to have their children live with them.
